On the morning of September 4, Luo Yuanyuan, General Manager of Zhejiang Shuangyang Group, distributed scholarships and awards to three student representatives and eleven parents of recipients of the 2025 Employee Children Scholarship. The ceremony honored outstanding academic achievement and encouraged continued pursuit of knowledge and personal growth.
Eligibility was determined based on performance in the Zhongkao (Senior High School Entrance Examination) and Gaokao (National College Entrance Examination). Admission to Cixi High School or other comparable key high schools earned a award of RMB 2,000. Students entering 985 or 211 Project universities received RMB 5,000, while those admitted to Double First-Class institutions were granted RMB 2,000. Other regular undergraduate enrollments received RMB 1,000. This year, scholarships were awarded to 11 employees’ children, including multiple students admitted to 985 and 211 universities, as well as one student who secured early admission to Cixi High School via a competition.
Representing the Party branch, administration, labor union, and all staff, Luo Yuanyuan—who also serves as Party Branch Secretary, Director of the Care for the Next Generation Committee, and General Manager—offered warm congratulations to the accomplished students and expressed gratitude to the dedicated parents. She shared three recommendations with the scholars:
1.Embrace Diligent Study, Self-Discipline, and Resilience: Students are encouraged to make the most of their educational opportunities, actively engage with learning, and connect personal development with broader societal progress. The goal is to become capable, principled, and responsible youth prepared for the new era.
2.Carry a Grateful Heart into Action: Scholars should nurture gratitude and channel it into motivation and effort. Through dedicated learning and skill development—and with accomplishment, optimism, and drive—they can meaningfully give back to their families and communities.
3.Remain True to Your Ambitions and Persist with Purpose: Students are urged to be diligent, self-motivated, and accountable. Beyond academic foundation, they should carry forward their parents’ perseverance and uphold discipline and integrity—growing into conscientious young adults ready to contribute in meaningful ways.
For years, Zhejiang Shuangyang Group has maintained an employee-centric approach, developing a supportive culture through multiple initiatives. In addition to scholarships, the company assists employees’ families and children’s education through measures such as holiday reading rooms, summer internship placements, and preferential hiring for employees’ children. These efforts reinforce a sense of belonging and enhance organizational cohesion.
